For the past five months, I've been taking photographs and learning from both my successes and failures. Changing up your routine can have a profound impact on not just your physical well-being but also on internal growth! My self-portraits are like windows into my mind: sometimes they show me alone, distorted or mirrored; other times in grayscale with friends nearby. When I'm feeling happy, these photos burst with color while during moments of uncertainty they take on a more somber tone...yet together they form something truly beautiful.
